About Our Company:
Eli and Rona Milbauer founded the Elron Companies in 1990 and they have been building homes in Houston ever since.  Eli was President from 1990-2001 and Rona has led the company since 2001.  Elron is well respected in the building community and has developed longstanding relationships with our trades over the last 25 years.  Most of Elron's projects are inside the loop and can be found in River Oaks, River Oaks Shopping Center, the Medical Center, the Museum District, West University, and Tanglewood. 

Building Philosophy:
Elron believes that a well built home must exceed all standards of construction and inspection.  We work with one of the most sought after structural engineers in Houston to ensure the highest level of structural integrity.  We value a strong attention to detail and we hand select every material that goes into all aspects of each home.  We take an extremely hands-on approach during all phases of construction from foundation to finish.  There is no detail too small.  Our long term relationships with designers, architects, and trades people give us an advantage over other builders.  We take pride in each home that we build.  With over 25 years experience, we can make your dream home a reality.  
Work is my pleasure! I have as much fun creating each new home as I do walking it while its under construction. Till each home is complete its a work in progress. I hand pick each finish as if it were my own home. I like to listen to what buyers want, and I try to incorporate as many new ideas as I can. We welcome custom home projects, and hope we can make your home a dream come true. I am proud of what we have built in Houston!
